Is may a good month to visit Xinjiezhen and take some pictures?

what about the rise fields? still with water?

So you wanna take some pictures of Yuanyuan rice terrace, right? If so, Nov. to the next April shall be the best time for photo shooting. Can you change your plan a little early?

Also, I heard they will release water from Dec. till next March, so there may be little water at the rice terrace in May.
