Road from Kunming to Xinjiezhen (Yuanyang Old Town)

Hello, I look at Yunnan map above and have a question. Which route that a direct bus from Kunming to Xinjie and vice versa take?. Does the bus take a highway throguh Mile, Gejiu then Xinjie. I was told to avoid travel through the old route. Thanks.
