About:China Postal Service

CP269090417CN status is still Zurich null.

It's been over 2 months and i still haven't received my package? I was told to wait 2 weeks and its been 5 weeks ever since i inquired. What's going on? Should i give up on my parcel because i don't even know who to approach on the matter. Please help!!!

Here are two solutions. The first one is to contact the local post office in Zurich for details about your package. If they don't have it, I think your package might be kept by the customs. The second solution is to ask the sender to contact China Post and ask China Post to look into your case.
