I just heard that there are high quality pipe tobaccos in TEEMALL at Tianhe Road, Tianhe District. You can go there for a try and if needed, ask the salesperson about the import matters.

Another suggestion is that you can buy that or contact a seller through online purchasing like Taobao in China.
