My daughter qualifies for hongkong ID. Can I apply for her id at China embassy in Singapore? Mary GAN

Hi, as I know, you daughter needs to apply for HKSAR passport and HK Permanent ID card at the same time from the embassy. I think it is better to visit the embassy with her. The processing takes about 6-8 weeks.
