About:China Postal Service

parcel not updated after 2nd of jan still showing dispactching from shanghai, when i am going to get

RA685485533CN
this is my parcel number. it was send with china post air on 26th of december 2013 and it has not been updated after 2nd of january from over a month its been showing dispacthing from shanghai? is there any responsible person to tell me what is the matter and weather i am going to get the parcel or not. i have paid for it.

please someone reply to it and tell me what is the matter?

So what is the problem? Why it is taking so long to dispatch from there? This is what you are saying i know about it.
My question is why it is not dispacthing?

Perhaps, you might ask China Post or the sender why it isn't dispatched. I don't think MEP6677 knows the reason.

Your parcel has not been dispatched yet it is still in Shanghai when your parcel is dispatched it will say Delivery to airport in the status when you track your item
