physical examination record for foreigner

Hi,I am Pakistani national living in UK since 4 years and i am planning to apply for Chinese X2 visa from Pakistan. I am coming China for 1 semester course from March to August 2014.Do we need to provide Physical examination Record for Foreigner? How can we get this in Pakistan or can i get this in Dubai as currently i am in Dubai.Do they need Bank statement if yes can i give them from my bank in Uk?Thank you

Hi, Physical Examination Record for Foreigner is requires, and it has to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan. I think you can not do this in Dubai if you are there temporarily. Sorry, I have no idea about bank statement for application. You may need to contact Chinese embassy directly for more details.
