How can I get to Shijiazhuang from Xingtai?

Currently living in Xingtai. I'm teaching English here. There is not much to do, so I thought I could perhaps take a trip to the capital city to visit some bars and be entertained for a weekend or so. Anyway, what is the best way to get to Shijiazhuang? I know, by train... but.. how do I go about that? I don't speak any Chinese..
