About:Western Hills

how to go Western hills from Golden spring hotel, East Renmin road in Kunming

I plan to go to Western Hills. Start on 8 a.m. and have to go back to the hotel before 3.30 p.m. for conference.
Do you think its enough time to seeing ? And If I take a bus NO. 71 to transfer at Dong Jia Wan and than take a bus NO. A1 to Minzu Cun. Is it a good idea ? ( I used a bus search in this website )

From your hotel to the Western Hill, the bus may takes about two to three hours, so I do not think the time is enough.
As I know, the bus line 71 does not pass the Dong Jia Wan, so you can take a taxi to reach Dong Jia Wan first and then take the bus line A1 to Minzu Cun.
