About:China Postal Service

What happened to my package?

my tracking number is RB834420437CN and since september 2013 i didn't receive my item. when i write my tracking number on the search barthis appear:RB834420437CN Collection Shanghai FR Tue, 08 Oct 2013 17:14:00 GMT
RB834420437CN Departure from outward office of exchange Shanghai FR Fri, 11 Oct 2013 09:33:00 GMT
RB834420437CN Delivery to airport Shanghai FR Sat, 12 Oct 2013 22:59:00 GMT. what this mean?

He at least can do something as far as I know. He can make a request and ask the China Post to figure out what happened to your package though it take long time for the China Post to look into it.

You can go to your local post office to try to check your parcel. Maybe it has arrived some time ago. If there is nothing, you can try to contact China Post for consultation. This number 86-11185 for your reference! But if neither of the wayus works, you should get ready to accept that the parcel may be lost!
