Hey was just wanting to know if there is an airport shuttle bus to and from Shanghai pudong international airport to chifeng road or close to there?

I am afraid that there is no such kind of buses. But I think you can use the subway system to that station.
You can take take the line 2 to Central Avenue Station where you can change to line 4 to get to Baoshan Road Station. Then you can change to line 3 to get to Chifeng Road.
