About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Is it possible to made new visa immediately after due?

Right now i still in china and mine will be due soon on 8th March. Where is the nearest country should i go to fix it. My current one now is double entry i been out 1 time and this is the last entry. I ever tried to make extend but not approved. Wonder if my application approve or no if i made the new one to back to PRC. My husband still have bussiness work here. Thanks.

Which type do you have now? Where are you from? I am afraid that you need get back to your country and apply for a new one. The consular officer will decide whether you will get a new one. Considering your previous one for China, I think you have a great opportunity to get the new one.

My current one now is L type. I'm Malaysian. If i should back to my home country that will be no problem. I only affraid that my new one not approve.

Don't worry, you can go back to Malaysia and apply for a new one.

If your husband is working in China, you can provide an invitation letter from him as well as copies of his passport and residence permit. But if he is holding F or M now, I think you can just apply for tourist L again showing itinerary, round-trip ticket and hotel reservation.
