which more efectively from guangzhou to Chongqing by bus or expess train ?

The express trains are more effective. The trains take about 22 to 29 hours.
The buses take about 26 hours.
Although the buses take less hours, but I think it is not so safe as the trains. If you can get a hard sleeper, the train is highly recommended.
