About:China Visa Fees

oneday overstay

Hi there
I have just realized that my L visa expired today (misunderstood of the calculation ) but I am scheduled to fly out tomorrow and I am so panic!!
It would be one day (tomorrow is 31st day) overstay in China.
Many people advised that for one day and for the first time should be no problem to depart without any problem.
Is this true??
I am so scared now.
Please help!

Hi, it is ok, generally, you will get a warning orally for this mistake. But this depends on the officer you will meet tomorrow at the airport immigration anyway. So, just being polite and explain to them when necessary.
