Generally, it will get warm in LJ and sunny days would be the majority. The temperature range between daytime and nighttime is from 10C to 25C. You'd better take along an overcoat or cardigan to keep warm at cool night.
For Shangri-la, cloudy days will mostly happen and the temperature will range from 0C tro 18C, still cold. Several thick clothing are necessary!0
