Are Visa or Master Card accepted at stores and restaurants in Kaifeng?

Should we bring Cash or Travelers Checks? Is there a Bank of China in KF to cash Travelers Checks?

Hi, some large shopping malls and restaurants in the city accecpt Visa or Master Card. Though, cash i much more convenient and common there, so you'd better take enough cash.

I heard the branch of Bank of China there can cash the Travelers Check, but you still need to go to confirm this!
