Egyptian with a resident UAE permit

Dear Sirs .
I'm Egyptian 48 yrs old with a resident permit n the UAE , can I visit Guangzhou China without applying for a visa to china ?

No, visa is required, but you can apply for it in UAE if you are a resident there.
