No, it doesn't. HK Airport Express only has five stations: Asia World-Expo, HK International Airport, Tsing Yi, Kowloon Station and HK Station.1

To get to Tsimshatsui from airport by MTR you need two changes (Tsing Yi and Lai King).
Consider using the bus (A21, takes about 40 mins) - no change and much cheaper.0
