HK Station of Express Train

My flight is 09:50 (Cathay) and I will be coming from Macau to HKIA for the flights. Since it is too early and do not have any ferry directly to Airport, can I know is that possible for me to take the shuttle bus from HK Station to Airport directly? And can my gf take it as well since I am the only flying with Cathay. And where is the exact location of the pick up point in HK Station?
