how can i get pain meds while working in shanghai 6 months.

I need to take pain meds regularly for chronic pain.  They are prescribed by my doctor.  I have been offered an assignment for 6 months in Shanghai, but pharmacies in USA will not give me that much to take.  How easy is it to get the pain meds.  Are there pharmacies which will fill prescriptions from USA doctors?

Actually, China cusoms also don't allow you to take that much pain meds in, no more than the amount for 7 days. For the rest, you can ask your family or friends to send them into China separatively every time the pharmacies give you the medicines. What kind of medicine you will use? Maybe there are such meds in China and then you don't need to take that from the USA.
