I am not clear about the exact taxi fare, but it will be expensive. If you don't mind, I suggest you take a shuttle bus from the airport to Taoyuan High-Speed Train Station, where you can catch the high-speed train to Taichung. Upon arrival, you can take a taxi to your hotel then and it may cost 250-300NTD.1

It costs 590NTD/person in the standard carriage and 880NTD/person in the business carriage.1
