Apply visa for China with Swedish passport

Hi,

I'm a Swedish passport holder planning on travelling to China for tourism in beginning of March. How can I proceed to apply in Singapore? I am only here in Singapore on tourism (not a PR) and then was advised to apply in my home country, but that is quite complicated. Is it possible to apply by the embassy?

Thanks,

Emma

No, you can not apply in Singapore if you are not a PR there. I think it is worth to try to apply in HK instead if returning back to Sweden.

Ok. May I know why I cannot apply from Singapore? I saw that you had fees for third country citizens, is that only applicable to those with PR? Thanks

Yes, foreign applicants should provide documents such as PR, WP, EP, STP, DP or SVP for application.
