rechargable ticket in Shanghai

Where I can buy rechargable ticket. I try to buy at some metro station but they don't understand me what I want. My friend told me that this ticked can be buy for 20 RMB and can be recharge.

I think you may mean the local Public Transportation Card, right?
Once you buy one, you have to pay 20RMB deposit inside the card and then charge the money as tickets fare on the card.
If so, the card can be bought at local subway stations and local SPD Banks.
