About:Ticket Types on High Speed Trains

Round trip by HRS

Hi! We plan a lil' round trip Beijing -> Xi'an ->Hong Kong -> Shanghai -> Beijing. We really lost in trains schedule. Can you please advise number of trains operating in day time?
Second question is there any Speed train to Shanghai from Xi'an?

Please consider these route:
Beijing to Xian(CRH), Xian to Shenzhen(CRH), Shenzhen to Hongkong(Subway), Hongkong to Shenzhen(Subway), Shenzhen to Shanghai(CRH), and Shanghai to Beijing(CRH).
There is no CRH between Xian and Shanghai.
