About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Transit plus Tourist visa

Hello, we are a couple from Czech Republic and we have an IMPORTANT question about 72-hours free transit. We were granted type L to PRC for 2 entries for 18 days. But we would like to use them later (April and May). In the beginning of our trip (23rd May) we would like to use 72-hours free transit in Beijing. We would like to ask, if it is possible to enter Beijing on 23rd March for 2 days with using free 72-hours free transit and than travel to Hong-Kong? Will our L type stay still "untouched" with 2 entries to China afterwards?

Sorry, the first entry of your L type will be used when you stay in Beijing for two days.

Why we can not use transit type, if we fullfill all condition for that?
