i would like to renew my HKSAR passport, what should i bring with me? thx

please prepare the below documents and submit to Chinese embassy/consulate or HK immigration department directly:
- ID843Form or ID844 Form
- ID 853 Form
- Hong Kong Permanent Residence Card and its copy
- three passport photos
