About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Chinese Tourist Visa

Hello,
I am a US and Bolivia. Citizen currently in South Korea as a tourist. Can I apply for a Chinese tourist L in Korea? If not, can I do it in Hong Kong? Thank you.

Hi, it is impossible to apply in South Korea if you are a tourist there, because the embassy only accept applications from residents, that is to say, Alien Registration Card Valid for more than 6 months is required. You can try to apply in HK anyway.

Thank you Lynne. Do you know if I would be able to get one in HK? If it's a longshor, I would rather not waste the time or money going to HK. Thanks again.

Hi, you can contact (CTS) visa service center within HK airport at +852 2261 2472 for the latest requirements. As I know, it is possible for you to get a tourist L there.
