You may go to the Silk Market to have a look and I heard you can find that on the 4F.

Everywhere. You can buy it everywhere. Shops on Wangfujing, on the Great Wall in Mutianyu, at the Wangfujing Night Market, at the Pearl Market, at Yandai Byway. Just about everywhere they have a tourist shop. Price ranges from 10-40 Yuan.
