About:Hong Kong MTR Tickets & Fares

Hi how much is the taxi cost from Hong Kong International Airport to Silka Far East Hotel located at Castle Peak

or is it possible to use public transit? We are going to stay in HK for four days ( 2 adults and 2 kids ages 5 & 3). What is the best ticket for us to use on our stay? Do we need to pay for my 3 yrs old son?

As you have kids, I highly recommend you take a taxi to get to the hotel and the taxi fare shall be around 220HKD.

By public transportation, you can take Airport Express to Tsing Yi Station. Then transfer to Tsuen Wan line to get off at Tsuen Wan Station, which is within 5min's walking distance from the hotel.

For your stay, I suggest you use Standard Octopus Card which can be used on Airport Express, HK MTR and buses. And you need to pay for your 3 years old kid, but he get 50% discount together with your 5 years old kid. In HK, children between 3 and 11 years old get 50% discount for public transportation.
