What Dynasty Started The Great Wall

I Keep Hearing Han,Then Ming, And Then Qin. I Just Cant Find A reliable Sorce! Please Please Please Give Me The Right Answer!!!

But the Spring and Autumn Period does describe a dynasty in Chinese history. You should read more in the page of China history at this website!
