About:China Consulate in Houston

Doing Business in China.

I want to import Three wheeler tricycles from China to Nigeria. I Live in Houston, Texas. I am also a Dual citizen of Nigeria and USA. Before applying for visa to visit China, how can I visit a business attaché to help me channel my search to my requirements for the Nigerian needs?
