About:China Family Reunion Visa

Validity of Q2 visas

Hi there, Wondering if someone can help please. I am British married to a Chinese lady and we will be doing several short visits (<30 days) to China in the future. Does China issue 2-3 (or more) year L where I can visit for short durations and not have to go through the whole temp residency permit hassle? I look forward to hearing from you.

Yes, I think it'll be no problem, just make sure your wife has the money in the bank and go to the PSB and convert your Q visa into a Resident permit, and that permit should be Multi-Entry.

More money in your wife's account and owning a house will get you more years on our Resident Permit.. Why? because your wife is sponsoring you and the PSB needs to make sure she can support you.
