Backpack depository, Tai Shan/Tai'an

Hello! I would be going to Taishan from Tai'an and would have backpacks that I do not want to being with me up the mountain. Can you suggest where I should deposit my bag? Should I leave it at a hostel in Tai'an city before going to that moutain(I don't know if hostels accept bag deposits), or should I leave it only at the base of Tai Shan(I don't know if there are bag depositories there).
