I need to know the requirement to get a working visa to China.

Hi, if you want to apply for work Z, Foreigner Employment Permit issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China and official invitation letter are required. Sorry, there is no sample of this letter, but it should contain your basic information and also the company.
