What happened to my parcel? Where it is now?

Hello! My parcel RB408087437CN was sent in October 2013, now it's February 2014 and I still didn't receive it... Your tracking system shows that last update was Delivery to Shanghai airport on 3rd of November 2013 and after this - no news... I'm waiting for the package very long time already, what can I do to get it finally? I never had such problem with China Air Mail before...

Did you check it at the local post office? It's been more than three months. I am afraid that your package have already lost. You might ask the sender and see if he/she can do something.
