Since you have about 6 day, it is suggested to have a visit in Macau as well.
In HK, you can go to the Ngong Ping town to enjoy the Ngong Ping 360 and the Gaint Buddha, the Ocean Park, the Peak, the Victorial Bay, the Star of Avenue, The shopping paradise - Tsim Sha Tsui area and the Central area, the Repulise Bay, the Stanley Market. Besides, the local food cannot be missed and it is suggested to enjoy the snacks at Temple Street in Tsim Sha Tsui area and the Causeway Bay area.
For Macau, the A-ma Temple, the Macau Tower, the Fishermen's Wharf, the Grand Lisboa, the Ruins of St. Paul, the San Ma Lo and the Venetian are suggested to have look.
