About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

I am a Delta Flight Attendant and I must renew my China visa in SFO.

Apparently it is now necessary to stay overnight to get the expedited Visa. Can you recommend the easiest and least expensive way to get from the SFO International Airport to the Consulate and also recommend a safe, clean and reasonably priced hotel with in walking distance. Thank you.

Hi, as I know, the consulate does not provide expedited service for application. So you are advised to contact the consulate directly to check this.
You can take taxi to the consulate from the airport. It costs about US$40. Sorry, I have no reference about hotels nearby.

Yes in SF you can get same day visa as this is what I do since I live 2 hours away, just get there when they open and pay the extra fee, and your visa is ready by 2.30pm same day. just get there early first thing. and make sure have all documents with you.
