About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Tourist visa for canadian citizen while in Europe

I plan to travel accross Europe than take the transiberian but I would not be in Canada 3 months before my entry in China. Could I apply for a tourist L in Europe even though I will not have any residence status there?

It is very difficult if you do not have residence status in the country where you plan to apply for Chinese visa. But if there is no other option, you can have a try, for example in Russia.
