About:Education in China

can I bring soil samples to china for research purposes in my luggage bag

I study in china and I would kike to brind soils from my country for research purposes. Is it ok to bring it and put it as almain uggage and not a hand luggage?

No, soil, even samples, is forbidden to be taken into China.
