About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Mexican traveling currently in Korea

Hello, my sister and I have been traveling for quite some time, we are currently in Korea and would like to visit China, we do not have an ARC, is it possible to apply for a visa in Seoul?

I am afraid not, but if possible you can make a short trip to Japan and apply from Chinese embassy/consulate there in person.
