transfer z visa?

do i need transfer my z in my new passport? Im planning to vacation in manila month of march. but my z expired this coming month of june 2014. and i want to renew my philippine passport in manila. what the next step about my z?

You can use both the old passport and new papssport to enter China first, then apply for transfer of the working z to your new passport while in CHina from local Exit-Entry Administration of PSB.
