They all have left China around Dec. 2013. It has been such a long time. You are advised to check their arrival at your local post office. If there is nothing, you'd better contact China Post for consultation.0

i called them , they didnt receive anything in lebanon. as i checked on the system, i found that they r still in chiba beijing. so please what is the issue? i need my products.
