About:Hubei Area & Zip Code

Is it restricted for foreigner to go to shiyan municipality ,fangxian county in hubei ? I am French

Yes, it's said that Fangxian County is the military restricted area. Therefore, foreigners are not allowed to visit or enter Fangxian County.
