Did you mean "reach there from Guangzhou"? If so, you can take bus from Guangzhou to Gongbei Bus Station first and then cross the border to reach Macau. You enjoy 30 days free access to that place with your valid passport.0

Hi, Rajesh.
From Guangzhou South Railway Station, there are direct bullet trains for Zhuhai Railway Station, so you can take this train to Zhuhai Railway station.
Then you can walk to the Gongbei Border on the east side of the railway station to enter M.
The buses take more longer time than the bullet trains.1
