Hi, you need to apply for an M visa now for this visit. Your passport, application from with photo, Proof of legal stay or residence status in Egypt, and document on the commercial activity issued by a trade partner in China, or trade fair invitation or other invitation letters issued by relevant entity or individual are required for application. Please be noted that you need to apply through a local travel agency appointed by Chinese embassy, so better read the list of agencies on the embassy's website. As I know, the processing takes about 4 working days.
