Hong Kong SAR Passport Renewal

Can I submit my Hong Kong SAR Passport Application to Consulate-General of PRC in Houston?

You should submit your application to the Chinese consular that administrates your area. Generally, your application will be handed over to the HK Immigration Department. It takes four to eight weeks.
