i am indian boy i am study in china yangzhou i lost my passport there

i ma study in yangzhouand i want my new passport how can process in apply new passport please tell me i am study in medicine i cumplen in police 2 feb in yangzhou

You should apply for a new one from the Indian embassy in PRC immediately.
