Where to buy RMB in Makati/ Manila?

Does anybody know where I can buy RMB in Makati, Manila?

If there is BOC (Bank of China) in your area, you can exchange your local money into RMB at BOC. If not, I am afraid that you can only do it at the airports or after you come to PRC.
