About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Is there a China consulate in Sen Gil Puyat, Makati City?

I have received 2 documents from my future employer in China.

1.) Alien Employment License of the Pr of China
2.) Invitation Letter of Duty Authorized Unit

It shows here on the emplyment license that I have to go the embassy or consulate of the PR of China.
I would like to verify if this the consulate in Sen Gil Puyat, Makati City ? , and they are only accepting applications during Office Hour: 09:00 am - 11:00 am, Monday - Friday ?

I also have to complete all requirements mentioned here in Employment Visa and Dependent Visa (Z) ?

All working visa applicants shall provide a Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen (physical exam forms, guidelines and list of accredited hospitals are available at the visa counter). <--- is this a to-follow document or I need to get this document first then go back once all the documents are completed?

Also I'd like to ask about the Visa Types, which one do I qualify for?

Thank you so much. Any reponse is greatly appreciated.

YOu must complete all the requirement as listed, otherwise the visa officer will not accept your application, please do everything by the guidelines

The visa type you need is (Z) work visa. If you live within consular districts of Chinese embassy in Manila, your application should be handed in to 2nd & 3rd Floor, the World Center, 330 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila. Their working hour is correct as you said above. You need to get the Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen first before visiting the embassy.

I'm afraid that the physical exam forms and list of accredited hospitals are only available at the visa counter.
