bus you3 in xian

Question

I did a google search in Chinese and saw that 游3 does not operate between January and March, however your website states there will be extra buses running during the spring festival. Could you please clarify whether or not buses will be running?

I lived in Xian for several years and did not hear that this line will stop from Jan to Mar. It only stoped once in 2006 and from then on, it did not stop. More buses will be put into operation during the Chinese Golden Week such as the National Holiday and Spring Festival.
